  Mr. Disiere started as a claim representative trainee, handled claims and was promoted through the claims ranks to BI Claim Specialist while attending law school in the evenings at the University of Houston Law Center. After graduating in 1992 he became a Claim Attorney and was promoted again to Claim Superintendent. And in December 1994, he accepted a position in Bloomington, Illinois as Assistant General Claim Counsel managing complex litigation, primarly in the state of Texas. After 4.5 winters, he left State Farm in December 1999 to return to Texas as one of the founding partners of the law firm Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom, L.L.P.
