Assist Project Foreman in the hiring of local labor force per project needs and under adherence of Company Local Hire Policy: Perform basic follow up with getting all required hiring paperwork to Human Resources. Document and propose solutions for various field issues or field interfaces that may arise during execution of work. Assist with project health, safety, and environmental requirements. Learn to write and assist with revising company compliance plans. Learn and develop company Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Administer site SWPPP as needed. Assist with and type written correspondence as needed. Assist with/learn project estimating. Assist with current job estimates as needed. Maintain a daily diary for record of project construction to include photographs and video logs. Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Show less
