  Maintain first level quality assurance to confirm installation of all work is in accordance with the plans, specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards. Support Project Foreman in project documentation to include: Timesheet coding, approval, and on time submission to Main Office. Daily and Activity Reports to Project Manager. Safety Near Miss Reports, Assessments, and daily meeting documentation to Risk Manager. Under direction of Project Foreman, assist and fill in when they are not available. Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans; including timelines, project phases, and activities by utilizing Critical Path Management techniques and company-designated software programs. Keep Project Management appraised of all changed work and conditions to help ensure timely set-up of new tracking codes as needed, and change order implementation. Determine materials for procurement and monitor material procurement process to ensure timeliness to support project needs. Receive and expedite incoming and outgoing freight from project site. Assist Project Foreman in the hiring of local labor force per project needs and under adherence of Company Local Hire Policy: Perform basic follow up with getting all required hiring paperwork to Human Resources. Document and propose solutions for various field issues or field interfaces that may arise during execution of work. Assist with project health, safety, and environmental requirements. Learn to write and assist with revising company compliance plans. Learn and develop company Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Administer site SWPPP as needed. Assist with and type written correspondence as needed. Assist with/learn project estimating. Assist with current job estimates as needed. Maintain a daily diary for record of project construction to include photographs and video logs. Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Show less
