Transformed customer ideas from sketches to solid model, then to tooling design and assembly fixtures, to finished parts. Estimated engineering time and tooling cost for quotes. Reverse engineered the all-composite aerobatic plane MX/2, re-designed/tooled it as the MX/S for Red Bull Air Race duty.
