  My responsibilities include managing the production of four indiviuals in our pick, pack, and manifest area to ship Books, magazines, and digital video disks and CD-Roms to our retail as well as direct customers. We also send out periodical mailings to our subscribers every week. I am in charge of the returns department of any of the books, magazines, and DVDs as well.
