I am responsible for the sales Finance function of a worldwide group of companies outside of the United States with a turnover of USD 200 million+ within a USD 500 million+ group. I am a Director of various worldwide subsidiary companies and lead a team of 17 based in 3 international locations together with a global network of local advisors. I integrated the N2X division of Agilent, Veriwave, Anue, BPS & Net Optics acquisitions into the international activities of the group. In addition I work closely with the sales VP's and global sales teams in EMEA, APAC and the Americas on commercial negotiations, credit and collections issues and oversee other diverse areas with a finance impact including treasury and hedging functions, international shipping and customs issues, international formations and liquidations and corporate governance of international entities.
