During my time at IMD, I directly managed David in his initial position as senior designer. I immediately saw the huge and versatile skills he gathered from his +20 years career, specifically regarding UX and CX. While he has a massive experience on design, UI and development acumen, his true potential and strength are definitely in understanding workflows, prototyping user journeys, conceptualizing complex ecosystems and creating all the case scenarios to a solid customer experience.
