QC report filling. -Management, organising and maintenance of projects, media, backups, servers and LTO archiving, following strict protocols. -Set-up and maintenance of edit suits and editing equipment. -Providing support for technical issues and general ad-hoc post-poduction troubleshooting to the editing suits and in the post production department. -Setting and tiding up projects and timelines, logging, synchronizing media, creating proxies,ming, xml's, rendering, relinking media. -Assisting voiceover recording sessions. - Rooting and patching broadcasting equipment, live feed or back up recording. -Being in constant communication with all departments (TX, Gallery, IT, GFX, News, etc) and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, of the TV and in the postproduction department in particular, face to face, by email or over the phone. -Attend daily meetings with all departments to review the day plan and regular meetings with coordinators and managers to report progress, keep track of issues and discuss workflows and procedures.
