Professor David De Cremer taught our leadership class in an Executive MBA program with great finesse. Not only is he highly knowledgeable coupled with real world experience, he is thoroughly inspiring and motivational, which are indispensable character traits needed to drive high performing individuals and organisations. Learning from him was the experience of a lifetime!

David is pioneer in augmentation of leadership and AI. His ideas from Leadership by Algorithm is a totally new concept to me. Being in financial industry, people are worried about AI taking over our jobs, he suggests new concept of leadership working together with AI. While reading the book I could believe the idea is possible if we can become a true leader who are humble, open, curious. His program will help organization to grow future leaders. His books will help individuals to open their minds to future selves.

The KPMG chair at Judge Business School allowed me to bridge sound academic research with a corporate driven focus to establish strong and trustworthy leadership in both local and international companies, a collaboration that still exists today. My teaching took place at the MBA and executive level and I provided consultancy for a wide range of international corporations and multinationals. At this time, I was also a visiting professor at London Business School and Indian School of Business.

GOALS of the centre: development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) promises amazing opportunities for transforming our lives and the way we work. It will help elevate our human potential in ways we cannot yet see or even imagine. But what are the challenges that lie ahead? Amid the hype and excitement, there is a risk that allowing technology alone to dictate the course of development may bring with it as yet unknown threats to our human condition. At AiTH, we believe that the development of AI technologies must be understood and examined in the context of collaboration and co-creation with humans. Our aim is to study, explore and develop deep insights into how AI technologies should be advanced with human-centred choices, promoting creativity and happiness whilst serving and enhancing human identity.
