For several years I have been performing Project Management duties for several of Keystone’s largest projects. I still maintain involvement in the contract negotiations, pricing and oversee the project managers on these high profile contracts. As Executive Vice President, I am responsible for Business Development and develop revenue projections, business plans and budgets with the CFO and President. I review company financials for reporting to our parent (PASCO) and develop individual business cases and ROI to be presented to the board for all equipment purchases. I have and will continue to work with the PASCO group companies in Europe and Asia to better utilize resources and knowledge throughout the group. In my current position I am tasked with international business development and maximizing global capacity for Keystone and for the group.Over 6 years ago I obtained my ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist certification and in 2013 I earned my Geographic Information Systems Professional certification as well. In addition to much studying and personal tutoring under Dr. Ricardo Passini, I was able to gain hands on experience by developing Keystone’s small photogrammetry division. Researching software and techniques initially and using factory training, I was able to create Keystone’s AT, Orthophoto and DSM department. Nearly single handedly I was able to complete Keystone’s first ortho project and then, as is my belief, I slowly handed the department over to its current manager. I still oversee the production department – both UltraCam raw data processing and radiometry and the ortho/dsm department, making budgets and technology decisions.

Created and managed Keystone's data center, workflow for digital imagery processing, project management software design, network design and more.Developed Keystone's ortho production department and oversaw scanning department.Photogrammetry experience with the INPHO Suite and Microsoft UltraMap Suite. Skilled in Global Mapper, MapInfo, ArcGIS and gis programming. Specialties: SAN, Photogrammetry, INPHO, GIS, Visual Studio .NET, Visual Basic, C#, SQL ServerOver 10 years ago I created the IT department from scratch with myself as the only member and am handing it off as a four person department. I was responsible for budgeting for all IT purchases in the company and researching/designing Keystone’s systems for the future. In my role as Executive Vice President, I am still closely involved with the long term systems design, planning and purchasing. Although I have not been able to write code in some time, I wrote the custom business software used extensively by Keystone. As director of IT I wrote thousands of lines of code and oversaw two other programmers in their web and windows programming. In my present role I still closely oversee the programming department; setting goals, defining features and debugging tricky legacy code! In my previous role as Director of IT, I performed many duties that went beyond Information Technology. I was responsible for developing and expanding the scanning department using our Leica DSW scanners. This department has been managed by several others through the years, but I have maintained the technological portion of the department.
