  Currently responsible for a fleet of over 100 vehicles ranging from Coaches, to Trucks & Cars. Overseeing 5 workshops, two of which are in remote locations in Central Australia, with over a dozen staff. My role involves obtaining technical information & developing strategies to improve maintenance outcomes on vehicles to improve operational readiness & reduce repairs & maintenance costs.Other responsibility's include the specking & ordering of new coaches for both AATK & DUTA ensuring they are fit for purpose & to continually work with our suppliers to innovate & meet the needs of our clients.

  Maintaining a fleet of 36 vehicles of different makes, procuring & selling & a hands on approach to running the w/shop & its Mechanics.Since taking on the role there has been a reduction in R&M costs by over 20%, through better management of assets and the procurement of the correct equipment.Working closely with Operations to ensure driver efficiency's are achieved & training where required.
