  In this roll I worked closely with the CAM programmer and the machine operators to develop methods of manufacturing machined items so they were manufactured in line with the best industry practices. I was also responsible with maintaining machine utilisation and delivery of parts on time. This role also entailed quality control as I would be the final QC check before parts left to be delivered to the client.

I can also write programs in Mazatrol conversational style programming. The machinery varied in size from a small machining centre with a travel of 1050mm in x axis and 510 in y axis and 570mm in z axis ,to large machines with a travel of 3500mm in x and 2200mm in y axis and 800mm in z axis. I also worked on Mazak 5 axis integrex with a turning length of 3000mm between centres.
