I worked with David both as a graduate student at Brigham Young University, as staff engineers at Albert A. Webb Associates, and as a volunteer with our congregation's youth program. As a graduate student, David provided great insights to my own research project in regards to transportation engineering concerns. David also worked heavily with undergraduates as a teaching and research assistant. He served as a valuable mentor for many aspiring civil engineers. As staff engineers, David and I worked as part of cross-functional teams in the residential land development field. David has superb team working skills, and was an integral success to all of our cross-functional projects. He provided key technical skills and abilities that resulted in our clients obtaining all permits necessary for construction. He would serve as a valuable asset to any organization that needs technical depth in the area of transportation studies and planning. David was also active in our congregation's youth program, serving tirelessly. He maintained a perfect work-life balance, and believes in giving back to all communities that he is a part of.
