Other applications included sound editing for Television (Spitting Image), CD mastering and Film. The company had offices in America and Germany supplementing the UK (Cambridge) headquarters My responsibilities included COGS, NPI, product procurement, manufacturing, final assembly and systems test. Latterly in addition, I managed our Far East sales distributor network and became increasingly involved in general sales. It was a privilege to work (without exception), with a team of extremely talented, motivated and decent people; mentored by inspirational leader. Alas all good things come to an end. Show less

Haddenham, Cambs Spaceward designed and manufactured 32 bit digital paintbox \ caption \ 2-3-D animation systems for broadcast. Products used to create the innovative children's programme "Knightmare" for Anglia TV, also weather graphics for ITV when it eventually turned digital. My first job from college, duties included test, repair, assembly and QA of systems. Company went pear shaped after being sued for copyright infringement, a decision which was overturned a few years later, but too late for Spaceward.
