      In my role as a customer support manager, I oversaw the customer service team that was responsible for the repairs and replacements of OEM/Wireless/Bluetooth hardware. Using Remedy, Oracle and Salesforce, I monitored the status of repairs from hand-off, to the engineers and technicians, and finally back to the customer.
