  David joined Schuler Bauer in 2016 as an individual sales agent and hit the ground running.While still working a full time job as a Market Manager for Home Depot, David quickly learned the vital in’s and out’s of real estate and exceeded his goals, which prompted him to create new ones. After establishing himself as a knowledgeable real estate professional in the Louisville area, David formed a new relationship with the local builder. Over time, David displayed how his skill set could help his builder sell his homes faster and for more money. Next, David formed the LOU RE NOW team to better serve his expanding client base and provided more support for his builder. For the past year, David has functioned as our Regional Sales Manager and he’s proven to be a great leader within our organization. When he started his role as Regional Sales Manager, David walked into an environment that needed change. He took on the challenge and over the past year, he’s helped make a drastic improvement in the office.David puts the wants and needs of others above his own.
