Mitton Road, Whalley – Conditional acquisition of 34 existing units with two additional parcels of land from the NHS. Managed the negotiation prior to exchange as well as the submission of a detailed planning application for 50 new build units. Currently awaiting formal planning consent prior to completion. Dobbinetts Lane, Hale – Conditional acquisition of a strategic site comprising 167 units within the Timperley Wedge draft allocation. Managed the negotiation up to an exchange and currently pulling together the planning application prior to submission as part of the Trafford Local Plan review. Currently agreed Head of Terms and proceeding to an exchange position on 3 other development opportunities which will comprise 350 units for the business. Each acquisition is conditional on planning. Responsibilities include: - Sourcing both Open Market, PRS and Affordable land opportunities in partnership with Sigma Capital Ltd as well as for a number of Registered Provider Partners such as Great Places, Places for People, Together Housing, Liverpool Mutual Housing and Progress Housing. Managing the acquisition of number of different land opportunities including: Earle Street, St Helens – Unconditional acquisition from Deacon Commercial Ltd for the 5.07 acre site. The site benefited from an outline consent for 82 units which was successfully increased to 98 units upon the granting of a detailed consent. The proposed scheme was a 100% PRS comprising both houses and apartments. Responsibilties included managing the acquisition, design, planning and legal process. Queen Victoria Street, Blackburn – The conditional purchase of the 4.4 acres site on behalf of Sigma Capital. The site benefited from an outline consent for 60 units which was increased to 68 units upon the granting of a detailed consent. Again, the proposed scheme was for 100% PRS units. Ribblesdale Avenue, Accrington – The conditional purchase of 5.5 acres from Lancashire County Council (LCC). The site was a joint purchase between Countryside Properties and Sigma Capital and sought to provide 108 mix tenure units. As well as ensuring the successful conditional purchase, managed the design and planning process alongside our development partners, Hyndburn Council and LCC. Fishmoor Drive, Blackburn – A proposed 3 phase development comprising 400 residential mix tenure units in partnership with Together Housing and Blackburn Council. The site acquisition is through a Joint Venture company with Together Housing and will provide open market, affordable and PRS units to the Fishmoor Estate, Blackburn. Show less

Responsibilities include: - Coordinating the bid submission documents on a variety of potential land opportunities across the region. For example, Kings Hill, West Malling a site of approximately 9 acres which benefited from an outline consent for 132 residential dwellings with a proposed GDV of £53.85m. Managing the acquisition of number of different land opportunities including: Hellingly Green, Hailsham - The purchase from Marchfield Developments Limited of the site approximately 34.6 hectares (85.5 acres). The site benefits from an outline planning consent for 460 units. The site was purchased with the JV partner Orbit Homes for the combined sum of £17.4m. As well as coordinating and managing the legal and design process I also negotiated the joint collaboration and equalisation agreement with the JV Partner. BAE, Hoo – The unconditional purchase of the approximately 6.4 hectare (16 acres) site with an approximate GDV of £56.7m. The site comprised a redundant leisure centre and playing fields. Coordinated and managed the unconditional acquisition from BAE Systems as well as managed the submission of a hybrid planning application for 231 residential units into Medway Council. Hinxhill, Ashford – Managed the acquisition of an 8.4 Hectare (21 acres) strategic land opportunity. The site benefits from an allocation for residential development, however, I managed the design and planning team prior to the submission of a detailed planning application for 207 residential units with an approximate GDV of £64.5m. In addition to managing the delivery of the above land transactions with an approximate GDV to the division of approximately £181m. I continually utilise existing contacts within the South East Land market to establish new land opportunities for the delivery of residential units for the next 5 years. Show less

Providing agency and valuation advice on the disposal and marketing campaign for the site. Ensuring best value was achieved when disposing to a London based house builder. Key clients include Defence Infrastructure Organisation, NHS Property Services, Department of Health, Tower Hamlets Council, Ronald Macdonald House Charities, Central and Cecil Housing Trust, DEFRA, Stagecoach PLC and the Catholic Trust for England and Wales. Previous to this the Land Trust was known as the Land Restoration Trust and formed part of the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
