We are responsible for all manufacturing systems at the plant, including MES, SAP, and .NET applications. The high-performing team has provided $200M+ in business benefit over the past two years by providing excellent customer service, custom solutions, and enhancements to business applications • Responsible for Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES), 20 .Net applications, 27 build pipelines, and application security • Oversee all creation, enhancement, analysis, and incident resolution of MES, .NET, and CI/CD solutions • Led implementation and facilitate Demand Council meetings with plant senior management to discuss and establish enhancement priorities • Act as Executive IT Manager Delegate on-site leading IT Infrastructure, IT Operations and Application Development • Cultivate positive environment for teamwork, continuous improvement, and training through transparency, open communication, trust, and support • Support MM, WM, SD, PP, FI, CO functions of SAP in the plant to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve production efficiency • Develop and maintain team metrics to continually improve scrum processes and team throughput to foster continuous improvement • Manage and resolve system, process, and personnel issues as they arise to find resolution in a timely manner through delegation, escalation, or immediate action • Create, maintain, and present department key performance indicators and metrics to senior management from all divisions including the CIO for system enhancement velocity, incident report/service request closures, and response times
