It's not often one writes a recommendation for someone quite as good as David. Over the many years I have worked in this Industry, it is hard to think of a single person that compares with David, in terms of his willingness to help you become successful. His selflessness and his absolute focus on getting things done correctly, on time and exceeding expectations is uncanny. If ever I was in a position to hire Dave, it would be a "no brainer". If you are looking to surround your self with good people in an organisation, start with David. Whatever you have to pay to get his services will be a worthwhile investment.
