I had the pleasure of watching David deliver training to 4x crews on the team dynamics required for HPHT drilling with MPD. David was simply outstanding and his eye for the slightest behavioural detail was just exceptional. He would observe the groups whilst they were working through scenarios on a simulator directed by a technical specialist, and then conduct the subsequent debrief. This was when David (very impressively!) prompted the group to then tell him why they did the things that they did (which they often did not consciously realise) and then the lessons that could be learned and the strategies that should be taken back to the rig. Employing David was a huge return on investment for our operation and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have worked with a number of people claiming to be behavioural specialist, human factors mechanics, psychiatrists, team optimisation coaches, collective psychologists and many other weird and wonderful labels with impressive CV's containing long industry experience founded on a solid academic base. David is, BY FAR, head and shoulders above his peers and he should really be your only phone call!
