  I am responsible for the day-to-day management of the SPS VLE (Totara based solution), which was developed with our supplier to ensure the learner has the best experience. The platform was designed to allow the learner to view their compliance and progress from the front page. Working with SME's to a range of learning experiences using market-leading development tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Tech-Smith products. Recent work includes the development of our VLE to meet the changing demands of online learning and implementing Adobe Connect within the SPS and embedding it within our learning culture. This has involved upskilling learning and development professionals throughout the organisation in the use and functionality of Adobe Connect. Looking forward I will be working with the managers to transfer and create engaging learning content for the benefit of our learners. My work ensures that I am constantly challenged with a wide range of topics that I have to discover creative solutions. Show less
