      I was extremely grateful to be given the opportunity to go on this personal development course, which was formulated to improve commercial awareness, increase my confidence and boost my familiarity with different aspects of work in society. We raised funds and delivered projects to timescales, within budgets, and by working as a team – a kind of “Apprentice” but without the rivalry. We were able to develop our working relationships, understand our differences and exploit our strengths, for the benefit of the group and for our tasked projects.
