I served on the technology committee at Memphis ISD. David has written and implemented grants, New services were added to the school district. David is excellent at networking. I also worked with David when he was the TANG administrator with Harrington Library Consortium and Texas Panhandle Library System. David taught workshops for libraries in the twenty-seven counties within the Panhandle. He also would troubleshoot network and computer problems for the twenty-seven public libraries.
