I had the pleasure of working on the same management team with Dave while we were building our IT capabilities in India for our Asset Management business. The mandate was to build an IT organization that had capabilities across IT Infrastructure, Architecture, Application Development and Production Support. Despite being about 80 odd people in terms of size, this small but highly effective team led by Dave was instrumental in helping drive a business transformation out of India in support of the Asset Management business globally. As a leader, Dave was front and center in leading the execution of this change. It was a pleasure working with him during the course of his assignment in India and I wish him continued success.

David and I worked together on a billing system project while I was working in Finance at SSgA Montreal. David was instrumental in getting the project off the ground and was a hands on project manager. You could always count on David for finding easy solutions to difficult problems. David’s excellent listening skills is what proved paramount as he delivered exactly what our Canadian office needed. David is a true pro at what he does.
