This role was based offshore on the 47/3B. As an I/E maintenance planner it is my job to work through both the corrective and preventative maintenance work orders which are created in SAP and prepare job plans and packages for each. This will entail performing a field check to ascertain the safety, access and trade requirements for the task and closely assess the work order to ensure it is correct for the proposed task. I am a permit authority and isolating technician within Sentinel pro and I am also trained in creating risk assessments at both level 1 and 2.I also identify and plan for the requirement of materials within SAP for the job as required and also put together in depth task lists for the relevant jobs which include operation and sub operation lines as and when required. These also include estimations of time taken to do each job.Along with this my day to day job involves preparing isolation control certificates, pipe disconnections and interpreting loop drawings, PI&Ds and electrical drawings amongst other documents to effectively plan each task. I predominantly use a system known as EDMS to access our library of drawings, Ex hazardous area drawings and other relevant documentation.I have also completed the Prometheus PM101 maintenance planning training.
