Within a year of joining First Sport I became a supervisor. A year after that, I was promoted to store manager and relocated to Torquay. After 2 years successfully running the Torquay store, I relocated again turning around a failing store in Bristol. I am most proud of increasing turnover from £750,000 to over £1.4 million within a 12 month period. Within a year of joining First Sport I became a supervisor.
