  In essence I perform secretarial duties for the sales department. This department is the largest on the lottery side comprised of (36) Sales representatives, (2) Corporate Accounts Managers, (4) Assistant Regional Managers, (4) Regional Managers, (2) Field Managers, (1) Sales Support Manager, (1) Sales Director and (1) Chief Revenue Officer.In my position I complete work orders, send corporate reports to 55+ corporate accounts. I also initiate the procurement process for the sales department and see that through until it's completion. In addition to that I track the departments budget, order office supplies, print winner signs, manage the departments calendar and keep track of the invitation lists for meetings.
