▪ Planned migration projects to new SaaS environment in AWS Cloud. Provisioned new PROD, Staging and Test environments with EC2 instances for their App and Database Servers. This involved scripting in Redhat Linux environments, SQL scripting in Oracle, checking networking issues; coordinating efforts with product development teams and third-party vendors as needed to facilitate speedy resolution.▪ Would remain the point of contact for the highly customized clients for all support and maintenance post project completion. Was available 24/7 for any issues that may arise for those clients. ▪ Proactively develop and provide cross-training to client support engineers; ensuring all personnel are equipped with the necessary skill set to provide optimum customer service.
