      Vice Principal - 9th Grade August 2017 – August 2018• Directly manage a grade level of approximately 500 9th grade students. This included over 25 teachers, behavior specialist, counselor, teacher coach, and community liaison. I also coached 6 teachers on a weekly basis. The student population is roughly 45% English language learners and 28% % special education.• Student outcomes included the Highest Math and Reading Growth Across the ASPIRA Network doubling projected growth in both areas. In addition, student enrollment increased by over 80 students in the 9th grade and cut in the number of behavior staff. None the less, there was an improvement in student culture with an increase in student culture scores and a drop of over 90 days of suspension.Vice Principal - 11th Grade August 2016 – June 2017Directly manage a grade level of approximately 400 eleventh grade students and 20 teachers, counselor, behavior specialist, and community liaison. My responsibilities also included coaching 7 teachers including regularly scheduled weekly meetings and observations for feedback and support. Our student population was roughly 28% special education and 40% English language learners.• Student outcomes include the highest academic growth in math and reading in the school building (Averaging over 3 RIT points for both Math and English on NWEA MAP) and a reduction in suspension from previous years.
