  I am the Senior IT and Cyber Security Leader on the F-35 (Joint Strike Fighter) Program. Provide authoritative information and advice to F-35 Program Leadership on all IT decisions, investments, and acquisitions.o Responsible for IT architecture and infrastructure across multiple (national & international) locations, organizations, and countries.o Insure all systems are in compliance with applicable DoD regulations and policieso Provide strategic guidance and direction for future IT infrastructure enhancements; evaluates and implements new technology o Develop, implement, and enforce Program-level IT Policies, Processes, and Procedureso Manage IT/IA support contracts, including establishing requirements and specifications for contractor support services. Other management-related activities include: - Utilize subordinate supervisors to direct the work of the OCIO; assuring equity of performance standards and rating techniques developed by subordinates, and preparing standards and evaluating performance of subordinate supervisors. - Make/approve selection for subordinate supervisory and non-supervisory positions and recommend selection for other peer supervisory positions.
