Other management-related activities include: - Utilize subordinate supervisors to direct the work of the OCIO; assuring equity of performance standards and rating techniques developed by subordinates, and preparing standards and evaluating performance of subordinate supervisors. - Make/approve selection for subordinate supervisory and non-supervisory positions and recommend selection for other peer supervisory positions.
