Familiarization trip as Deck Cadet on the Liquefied Natural Gas Carrier "Methania". This was my first trip ever on a merchant vessel before I went to the Antwerp Maritime Academy. A friend of mine from Barcelona (EF) had connections in Exmar so I got the opportunity to sail on the Methania to see if a job in the maritime sector would be the right choise for me.
