This position manages the operation, repair and rehabilitation of water distribution and wastewater collection systems. Manages the Utility’s private system engineered plan review and approval, service connections, hydrant meter and service meter maintenance programs. Work with MOA Risk Management, Engineering, Pretreatment, Distribution and Maintenance Divisions to resolve and document problems, plan coordinated work strategies, coordinate construction projects, communicate review, and make comment to Capital Project Plans. Perform other related duties as assigned.
