I hired David and worked with him for over 10 years at Neff and always found him to be a competent and dependable member of the team. He helped drive improved performance and cultural change through a mature client services group and was invaluable in terms of mapping and re-structuring key workflows to support the business. He had a solid understanding of the support systems used throughout the business operations and was true partner with IT to help improve our database management and integration. He led and owned the CRM implementation and it's use throughout the company. He's detail orientated and a good communicator - evidenced by his ability to bridge the mission critical information exchange between the stateside and international facilities.
