Looking after the 'wealthiest' customers of The Bank from a corporate and commercial background. A much more intense role that requires me to think that little bit harder for better outcomes for the customer to achieve their financial goals. I successfully look after the largest Private Banking portfolio in my company, with a lending book of in excess of £68,000,000 and a deposit base of £72,000,000 and grow this continuously year in year out. Planning, tracking and following up business potential to exceed my stretched targets. Amassing introducers and presenting to potential clients at their work place of the benefits I can provide. I thrive in client acquisition and have brought in over 200 brand new clients full banking in the past two years. Working to tight deadlines, thinking outside the box and going that extra mile for my clients. Coaching and training my assistants to be the best they can. Ensuring all credit knowledge is 100% accurate and up to date. Continuously being put forward for future talent courses by Regional Director and already passed future leaders course. Taking ownership for complaints and resolving in a timely manner. Turning a negative into a positive.
