I worked closely with Dave for several years at Maclean Engineering. Dave was the project lead on many projects and subject to high work loads and pressures. He handled stressful situations routinely, pre-empted many potential issues and diffused and found effective solutions to issues that arose daily. Dave is at ease and confident dealing with all parties in-house from the shop floor and engineers to company owners and investors. He is equally at ease in his dealings with existing and potential customers. Dave is very personable, his easy going demeanor is backed up with an ability to communicate urgency effectively and painlessly. He has a composure and grace that is rare and that instills confidence in others. Working with Dave was a pleasure and I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.

While my tenure at MacLean Engineering, I found Dave to be a conscientious, hard-working individual. He always had an eye towards the goal at hand and worked well with all team members and was very knowledgeable with all projects he worked on and managed. He was well respected and valuable member of the MacLean Engineering organisation.
