    • Managing Director (UK)
      • Oct 2012 - Present

I was made UK Managing Director in 2012 and have continued to drive the business forward. My role is a combination of overseeing the UK operation and working on new business; this is my passion - consistently hitting and exceeding targets set by head office in Melbourne. I help businesses use data in unique and engaging ways to help them improve operations and increase sales.

    • UK Regional Manager
      • Oct 2010 - Sep 2012

Working with existing clients in customer support helped me learn more about how our clients operate and what challenges they are faced with. I showed an aptitude for sales and moved into the UK Regional Manager position after it became available. I was tasked with growing the business through a combination of looking after sales and support. My sales performance saw the business achieve double digit growth year on year. I was given budget to grow a team and moved into a bigger office.

    • Client Success Team Manager
      • Mar 2008 - Oct 2010

Working closely with new client onboarding, training and strategy. Reporting to our head office in Melbourne. Achieved high levels of client retention and testimonials which fed into the sales pipe. We are still working with clients I looked after back in 2008; retaining clients for over 7 years on a paid subscription model. That's a testimonial in itself.

    • Food and Beverage Supervisor
      • Sep 2006 - Sep 2008

Working in a fast paced food and beverage environment, I looked after teams of between 8 and 15 people. I was involved in stock control, staffing, cashing up and training. Working at the MEN Arena meant we were often working at capacity gigs (15k attendances). My team needed to be focused and organised in order to serve the thousands of customers we would see in an evening. Any issues with staffing or processes would result in low takings at the tills. My teams performed consistently well, and I won the Supervisor of the Month on two occasions during my term. Customer services skills played a huge part in this role.

    • Ropes Course Specialist
      • May 2007 - Sep 2007

Valley Trails is a 200 acre retreat in Los Angeles for Team Building, Corporate Events, Group Rentals, Ropes Course, and Outdoor Education. I worked as a Ropes Course Specialist working with children between the ages of 6 and 14 during the summer. This role involved masses of patience, problem solving, conflict resolution and motivation. Working with children was hugely rewarding, knowing the kids will never forget their summer and will take the life skills learned into adulthood is priceless. I often use the same skills with my current team at Impact Data! :-)
