  I am a high school educator with twenty one years experience in teaching Mathematics, Physics and Physical Sciences up to grade 12. I am currently the head of mathematics and physical sciences departments in my school in South Africa. I have been appointed to this role since 2016. I am a compassionate, empathetic, committed and enthusiastic educator who always exhibit practical pedagogical content knowledge in a variety of competencies. Updating the learning area policy (Natural Sciences and Mathematics).3. Keeping abreast of the educational trends. 4. Set continuous formative and summative assessments throughout the year.5. Assist with discipline on an ongoing basis.6. Organizing educational excursions once a term.7. Offering remedial and additional teaching to learners where necessary.8. Coordinate Grade 8 – 12 biblical nurturing and fellowship sessions for the boys in the school.14.
