  I Worked in a team supporting adults and teenagers, with a range of different special needs including down syndrome, autism, and dual personality. Tasks included attending their personal care, behaviourial problems, accompanying them on trips by myself or with a whole group to large public places. I also helped individuals on a one to one basis , or together with another teacher lead groups. I accompanied them home, and I also took them to shops giving them a limited budget, thus encouraging and promoting their independence. I Achieved an NVQ level 2 in Social and Health Care whilst I worked there.
