I worked with David from approx 2002 to 2018 in which Kallidus grew from a small start up to a multi million pound SAAS business. David was a key figure in this growth. I believe he was a top sales person for many of the 15 years we worked together, without his sales I don't believe Kallidus would have grown as much as it did. He landed several of the major enterprise deals which were key staging posts in Kallidus growth and year on year would deliver on sales. On a personal level David was great to work with. I worked on the product team and we always had a very collaborative way of working and a style that made you want to listen and work with him. David is great at building relationships with people and I'm sure this is what makes him such a great salesperson. He is also the sort of person you want in the trenches with you always injecting humor and a positive mindset even in the tough times. All round he is a great sales person and a great guy any team would be lucky to have him on board!

I first met David when I was procuring a new LMS. When making such a significant decision and investment you want a sales professional and key account manager who first listens carefully to the customer’s requirements, then engages and involves his colleagues to ensure their solution is appropriately presented and delivers what’s needed. David’s approach was respectful and responsive, and professional throughout. As someone who places a lot of emphasis on the vendor representative relationship - as well as the actual solution itself - choosing to work with David’s product was an easy decision. This choice was validated by the excellent aftercare he also provided, which only served to deepen the mutual relationship between our organisations.

My position at Clue involves me meeting with Prospects and Customers as well as Partners, both existing and new. Establishing new relationships and building on current ones to learn about their challenges and opportunities enable me to gain a greater understanding and knowledge of their goals and outcomes. I help organisations justify investment at board level and beyond to support what they're trying to achieve with the solutions we've discussed. This involves writing proposals, business cases and presenting where necessary. Through those relationships I enjoy helping customers and saving them time whilst giving them a better chance of success. I get to work with a great team and enjoy the role of mentoring and helping my colleagues wherever I can, by sharing my experience. We regularly inform each other and share what works and what doesn't. This helps us all to build better understanding, relationships and enable our customers successes. I also exhibit at conferences, promoting Clue's brand, increasing market awareness of what we do, how we help and the impact of our solutions. They're also a great opportunity to catch up with people we know, develop new relationships and build better partnerships for everyone's benefit. Peer learning is very important to me as we all have different experiences and history that we can both share to help others and learn from others to increase our own awareness and impact. The work we are involved in at Clue is vitally important, the organisations we work with and support really do protect society from harm. Clue provides a single application to manage investigations – encompassing referral, incident, risk, intelligence, investigation, case and outcome management. Corruption, criminality and many forms of abuse are on the rise everywhere in the world. Show less

Phenomenal tenure with Kallidus, upon joining in 2002 we had one client. Initially tasked with selling to the building society and legal sectors I went on to sign up 8 of the top 10 building societies and many law firms including some of the largest. Key sales included Transport for London, Eurostar, Telefonica O2, Travis Perkins, Santander, Visa, 2012 London Olympics and many others. Was lucky enough to work with and learn from some great people. Phenomenal tenure with Kallidus, upon joining in 2002 we had one client.
