      Over 26 years’ experience as an advocate in my specialist areas of partnership, property, commercial and inheritance. I’ve been an arbitrator since 2009 having arbitrated commercial partnership and property related contract disputes. I am a co-author of the leading book on Scottish arbitration. Career highlights: 🤝UK Supreme Court success in private insolvency trust case Dooneen v.
