With complete responsibility for the roll-out of the new IAC Acoustics brand across the globe, I spearheaded the new modernised look and harmonised a once disjointed and confusing branding model. In what was often a fast-paced environment, with products offered to 21 different industries globally, I was responsible for ensuring consistency in both look and tone of voice for all marketing collateral. With responsibility for the overall marketing strategy, I ensured that our corporate objectives were met by increasing market share and global reach.
