My role involved dataroom assessments, 2D/3D seismic interpretation, basin modelling, carbonate diagenesis, well failure analysis, volumetrics and risking, opportunity assessment meetings and peer review workstation sessions, identifying analogue fields and generation of investment proposals.SENEGAL (2013-18) – Asset Geoscientist for deep water exploration discoveries in the under-explored MSGBC Basin and subsequent Sangomar Field appraisal campaign. My role involved regional geology, seismic reprocessing, AVO, depth conversion, interpretation, well planning, and operations including seismic-while-drilling (SWD). Sangomar Field appraisal campaign included drilling 7 wells including coring and interference well testing.GREENLAND (2008-13) – Asset Geoscientist for frontier exploration project. Experiences included 2D/3D seismic processing, interpretation, prospect generation, regional geology, CSEM, AVO, generating prospectivity reports, TCM’s and field work. I was involved with well planning, operations and post-well reviews for the Alpha-1, T4-1, T8-1, Delta-1 Gamma-1 wells. Show less

  UKCS - My MSc project was entitled ‘Review of the Dinantian Carbonate Play in the UK’. The project involved synthesising well results, historical reports and undertaking basin modelling. The project aim was to understand distribution of potential source rocks, carbonate reservoir quality, charge and burial history.   INDIA - I assisted the India technical team in the period following the large Mangala oil discovery (2004). This was an extremely busy period in which a number of satellite fields were discovered and I was given a lot of responsibility. I interpreted 2D & 3D seismic data, identified drillable prospects and produced TWT, depth and velocity maps. My role also involved writing and compiling well proposal documents. In 2005 I undertook a 3 month individual 2D seismic interpretation prospectivity review of an area, which resulted in the identification of several potential new prospects. One of which was drilled and resulted in a gas discovery (N-I North Field). Show less
