Achieving a masters degree in Pharmacy equipped me with the vast knowledge and unique skill set to execute this role to an exceptional standard. This role also involves customer service, which requires core skills such as communication and listening. However, this service is unique to the ordinary, as adaptability is a fundamental aspect. Interacting with patients with varied ages as young as 2-80+ years, co-morbidities and psychological conditions is challenging.
