Performance Sports Center is a 26,000 sq foot state-of-the-art, multi-sport indoor training facility in Hillsborough, NJ. The space features 3 FIFA grade quality turfed fields as well as a fitness center. Combined with my administrative role as Sports Program Development Director and Assistant Director of Coaching; I coached five teams, both male and female, between ages 7-17 years of age - Designed youth soccer coaching curriculum for classes, programs and teams. -Applied current coaching methodology to design curriculum based on players physical, technical, tactical, psychological and social needs. - Trained coaching staff to implement quality of program. - Created and ran the first girls only program with both teams and classes at the club.

Joined SC Gjøa as a staff coach in the summer of 2013, having just gained a degree in Sports Development at University of St Mark and St John Plymouth (Marjon). I combined my coaching role with an administrative role at the club. I coached several different teams (four teams per season) during this time at SC Gjøa with players aged between 7-18 years of age, coaching both boys, girls and co-ed teams over the five years that I worked there.
