David Atkinson worked as my goalkeeping coach at Monroe college. He is not only an amazing coach but an outstanding human being. He knows more about coaching the game than any other coach I’ve worked with at his age. He connected well with my players and really helped them develop over the course of a season, not onIy with technical aspects of the game but mental aspects. He brought fantastic ideas And a delightful attitude to the pitch. I would have him on my coaching staff 1000 times over, and he would be an absolute asset to any coaching staff he joined.

The past year and a half I have had the pleasure of working with David. He came to coach for me at Dutch Total Soccer NY in September of 2018. As a coach David is very professional on the technical and tactical aspect of the game. He also has a great ability to motivate players and engage parents. Within the club David has also contributed as an assistant director of coaching. He has helped develop new curricula, touch up the club structure and dedicated time to develop our coaching staff. David is a very professional, punctual and always there to help out wherever and or whoever he can. He will be missed at our club, but I am confident he will find a new challenge and be very successful.
