• Began working at InnerSpace at the ground floor of the startup venture. When I was hired, there were three employees including me (Founder, Marketing, and R&D) • Developed and released Multiple neurological catheter product lines using an air pouch technology • Co-designed, developed, and released a one (1) and two (2) probe access device through a single burr hole • Co-designed, and lead the team that developed and released an electromechanical device to provide a precise volume of air to the catheter's air pouch (AMS-100) • Co-designed, and lead the team that developed an automated version of the electromechanical device to provide a precise volume of air to the catheter's air pouch (HICP200) • Developed and lead the team that released multiple accessories to assist the procedure • Traveled to train hospital staff in the use of the Hummingbird system. Was alongside staff during placement of the devices. • Co-inventor on multiple patents pertaining to this device
