      Conidia Bioscience Ltd are a UK based SME who produce a rapid, on-site test kit for the detection of Microbiological contamination in Middle distillate aviation and diesel fuels. A very niche product, in a very niche marketplace. My role was to develop a market outside of commercial aviation where not only were there only 6 distributors, generating about £100K between them, but there was also very little in the way of industry guidance. Through education, tenacity, training, creating the right messaging, and a lot of hard work I increased the distribution network to over 35 distributors, and creating a market worth £2.5 Million. Taking the product into new territories such as India, South America, Singapore, Middle East, and the wider geographies of Europe In addition initiated, led, and saw through to conclusion the company's first non commercial aviation OEM listing in the form of Caterpillar, and co-wrote with Facebook a fuel management process document for the protection of data centre back up power generators. Consulted with the likes of Aramco, Reliance Industries, KAFCO, Emarat, ADNOC, Valero amongst others to try and raise greater education of appropriate sampling and handling techniques for fuel testing Driving change of messaging and value proposition was key to aiding market development and as such took a scientific product, into something users in the field could understand the value, increasing the language of marketing messages from 'English only' to include multiple other languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese
