My goal was to add additional gross to each deal. · Upon closing a deal I would be sure all paperwork was in proper order for the finance department, be sure the car was being prepared for delivery and my salesman had complete control of their customer throughout the entire process. · Worked all incoming Internet leads, contacting the customer and scheduling appointments, if necessary I would locate a specific vehicle from another dealership that met the consumers needs and secure its purchase being able to finalize the deal, always made sure the customer was completely satisfied, therefore securing referrals, repeat business and great Customer Satisfaction Inquiry scores.
