We offer "best in class" levels of service, with a continued focus on the customer's budget and overall satisfactionMy role includes:- Liaising with suppliers in North America, Europe and the Middle East to ensure the overall success and smooth running of all projects, domestic and international- Supplying intensive client support throughout Europe, as well as Africa and the Middle East, including pre-sales, quoting, sales, logistical and customer service support- Facilities management- Purchasing of any and all materials for our projects- First point of contact for managing the CRM database- Dealing with all received telephone enquiries- Working together within small teams on projects, to ensure successful achievement of company targets- Providing analytical support to the Accounts and Finance departments
