  With CEDARS, I’m in charge of technology evaluations, initial drafts and prototype blueprints, and act as coordinator for international research projects. Some of the past / latest / more fun prototype / project developments were: AFFECTIVE BASED INTEGRATED CARE FOR BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE Preparing base requirements (personas, scenarios, and technical blueprint) for non-intrusive monitoring / microservice system for persons affected by Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and other forms of dementia. It is intended for private homes, day care and hospital environments. The system is using intelligent services and IoT for continuous monitoring and alerting on unsafe events following dementia with co-morbidities. MONITORING RIVERS Preparing blueprint for monitoring of (cc) 50 km of river bed with data from the locally installed IoT, satellites images and drone mappings. The data is centrally collected, fused with general and local climate models and relevant historical data, and analysed with AI methods (machine learning and neural networks). The latest technology was evaluated from scientific, ecological, scalability, and performance in context of predicting the hydro-morphology and ecology changes of small and medium EU rivers used for hydropower. Technology could be used for pinpointing mayor river polluters. ACTIONS FOR HEALTH, WELL-BEING, AND RESILIENCE IN CITIES To implement nature-based actions (NBS) in European’s municipalities to increase future resilience: Today, European city inhabitants are facing increasing challenges because of uncontrolled urbanization, climate change and political instability, among others.   New technology and IP manager promotion and marketing of the Institute’s applicable knowledge coming from labs: evaluating new materials and processes, market needs, and negotiating technical agreements and patents. Agreements were used for material transfers, financial compensation contracts, and collaborating with giants such as Johnson Matthew and Tanaka Co. I firmly believe the best technologies at National Chemistry Institute are catalysts with little or no noble materials and hydrogen fuel cell technology. Was also lucky / honoured to be invited and be able to collaborate with international research group and awarded with the best scientific achievement for the year, receiving University of Ljubljana Rector's award, and also National Chamber of Commerce and Industry award for best potential commercial product in 2018.
