Technology: Administered Google Apps for Business for 50+ agents and staff by creating and maintaining their accounts and provided any necessary support. Trained all incoming and existing agents and staff on Google Apps and other office technologies. Researched and demonstrated how new technologies and applications such as Google Maps, DocuSign, and Homesnap could increase agent's productivity and save them time. Created training material and taught a series of classes on internet security and social media to protect our agents and expand their online presence. Maintained the office’s phone system, computers, public and internal websites. Successfully resolved issues and emergencies involving our office systems and the office building itself.
