The way Dave portrayed his management style weighed heavily in my initial decision to take a position with his team at GM. He didn’t let me down. Dave leads by example. He was hands-off, but always held us accountable, and he was there when needed to talk through solutions to any challenges his team was facing. Dave did a great job keeping our regional team in touch and he kept the doors open for team communication. Dave is a great manager and I’d recommend him to any company seeking experienced leadership.
